📸 1st Film Roll 🎞️ 第一卷菲林相

At the end of 2020, my dad gave me an old film camera (Praktica LB2) and some Kodak 35mm film rolls. He gave it to me because the light meter wasn't working somehow. In fact, I have taken one or two photos with my boyfriend's Zenit under his supervision before starting my first roll. And since there was an unfinished film roll in the camera, I have done some failed shots (gonna show them at the end of the blog)🤣

Me and my friends! Still remember when I walked up to the hill at Discovery Bay with Momo, two men were attracted by my camera and said '嘩，靚嘢嚟㗎喎 (Nice camera!)' I didn't really know how to react since I knew literally nothing about the background of my Praktica. Later on when I asked my dad, he told me it was made in East Germany (so it's got to be traced back to the Cold War time) and Germany was known for making some of the best cameras. So be it!
